A method of involving users, stakeholders, and other non-designers in the design process in order to better translate their needs into visual solutions.

Concept Map

A basic tool that can be used to map the relationships between concepts as they emerge through a discussion or interview.

Paper Prototype

A low-fidelity version of what you are building, usually with interchangeable elements.
